How to take screenshot or screen capture in a Pass

An essential feature of modern mobile phones and tablets is the ability to take screenshots, or capture an image of what is currently displayed on the screen of your Jinga Pass.

If you want to make a screenshot to your Jinga Pass you have to follow these simple steps:

1- First step:

First, go to the screen that you want to capture a screenshot of on your Jinga Pass, whether it's a web page, chat, or application.

Press simultaneously the power key and the volume key down of your Jinga smartphone. If you want to capture a video the procedure is the same procedure but pressing the power key and the volume key up.

3- Third step:

The captured image is automatically saved in the gallery of your mobile/cell phone Jinga Pass.

You can find the image gallery on the home screen, it should have a photo icon, an instant photo or depending on the version of the software installed, your image gallery application may be Google Photos, in which case look for the icon of a four-pointed star made of paper with four colors, one for each point.

4- Fourth step:

Open the image gallery, the images and photos will appear sorted by date, click on the capture that you just made on your Pass, and you will be able to edit it, trim it or send it to your contacts or through your preferred social network.

1- First step:

Go to the screen or application you want to capture the screen on your Jinga.

2- Second step:

Display the quick access or settings bar of your Jinga Pass. To do this, slide your finger down from the top of the screen, the shortcuts to device settings will be displayed.

3- Third step:

Press the screenshot icon, if you don't see the icon, swipe down again to display the full panel.
If you can't see this icon, you may need to add it to the shortcuts panel.

4- Fourth step:

The captured image is automatically saved in the gallery of your phone or tablet Jinga.

How to capture a full page in Jinga Pass?

To take a screenshot with scrolling on a web page, a WhatsApp conversation or any other application of your Jinga Pass take the screenshot with the method indicated above, when taking the screenshot the capture will appear and the screenshot menu for a few seconds at the bottom.

Before it disappears, click on the "Capture more" icon and an editing menu will appear where you can select up to what point on the screen you want to capture.

Once the capture is made, it will be saved in the Pass image gallery and you can edit and share it on social networks.
